Hats off to Daniel Levy for backing his man. Good signing IMO, if Poch has scouted him and believes he is a good fit for us, that's good enough for me.
 
Yes, I am so glad we got him. I know he has been inconsistent but when he brings his "A" game he is a beast

He tore us apart 2 or 3 times for Saudi Sportswashing Machine and he was a beast in the Euro final.

Poch wanted him and that works for me.
 
I'm quite suprised and a little bit underwhelmed by this signing. He's never worth £30 million.

Money has different value in the Prem this year. Jordan Ibe went £15million. Even taking into account his "englishness value" this season prices are not really comparable.
 
It was confirmed it would be 5 £6m installments and we sign him on a 5 year deal. We sell him after 2 years.
