Jimmy Neighbour
To quote the main man:
"The players we believe we can rotate, we are going to give that possibility. The health of the squad and the player is so important and we believe we can win with any of our names on the pitch.
We mix names to get the best performance, sometimes it will work sometimes it won't. You need to apply common sense to your selection to keep all fit. Of course there is risk but we must use our information and believe in our squad."
Debate over... Also loved these comments when asked about other managers being outwardly emotional:
"Its not my responsibility to judge other managers, they are all emotional. I am focused on being calm and relaxed.
But it's funny to see how he (Klopp) runs. It's different in certain cultures, some people could take his actions as disrespectful but I think he's a nice guy. People can behave differently to you and we must accept that.
Inside I am more like Klopp and maybe in the changing room but on the touch line I am trying to be relaxed and calm. Maybe one day I will run around eh?"
Humble. Legend.
Edit: For those who need convincing to watch; he talks about the importance of remaining humble in victory (Arsenal players) and he comments on perceptions at the very end which is great. Highly recommended.
