Critique doesn't mean slamming the guy but age is no excuse for inadequacies of people see them. His age doesn't give us more goals or points. The point t of him playing is to contribute so just as he will get tons of credit for contributing he will get some criticism for not.

I've always said I'm not particularly a fan but as a squad rotation option under a starter quality player then fine, we can evaluate him over time but until he's not that starter he will get critiqued as any starter should be.

He is a kid who has been pushed into a situation [ so many players who are injured] and probably because of that he does attract a lot of criticism by those who seem to do that a lot towards our players.

I get it everyone has a right to critique [ its what some fans do] but he has done well and the slagging he does get from some is not helping. IMO
 
Had this game pop up on my youtube suggestions as ive been watching back some world cup goals.

Go to 5min30 you got a prime Roberto Carlos attempting an overhead clearence when he could just head it away. Allows Denmark to score to make it 2-2 in a world cup QF.

Since we need an upgrade specifically on Richy, has there been any recent discussion about Tel potentially filling that role? If we were to get Savinho that might be an otion, and I thought Tel sees himself as a CF, but not so sure anymore...
 
We've probably had our best season with loans, Abbott, Akhamrich, Devine, Lankshear, Moore, Phillips and Vuskovic all got plenty of games. If we do loan him we must get it right and not waste everyone's time.

yeah tel and he's shown his versatility on both wings too.

certainly one to keep in the first team to keep developing but from the bench...still has much to learn
