Marcos Senesi

I'm hoping and praying we aren't making the same mistakes of the past with these signings. Senesi has made it to 29. Managed 3 international caps and played for clubs like Feyenoord and Bournemouth.

Someone will need to convince me he is going to help us to the promised land.

He better not be another Ricardo Rocha.

He's one of the best performing defenders in the league over the last couple of seasons, playing for a team that with a style of football i think we'd all like to see us move towards under RDZ. That's two big ticks for this transfer.

Good squad building afaic

Let's hope so. We will need him to be evergreen as he heads to his 30th b'day. Strange things happen. Just ask Toby.

Vuskovic can CB for two. He just needs an experienced partner next to him to stop him getting too excitable and trying to win every game single handedly. Good enough reassurance?

I notice that De Zerbi said that signing him gives us flexibility in formation...
Three at the back on occasion perhaps?

I'm assuming it's more than occasionally, otherwise the CB buys make no sense.

Perhaps RDZ has some structure with 3atb to counter the anit-christ football the league is playing?
