Two alternatives:
1) Sell Kane, but then sign all 6 of say Tapsoba, van der Ven, Phillips, Scott, Orban and Veliz. I.e. 6 highly promising 19-24 YOs, including 3 CBs, a Maddison rotation #10 and 2 potential Kane heirs to develop under Richarlison.
or
2) Keep Kane, and only sign van der Ven and Phillips. So filling our two CB gaps with promising players, but doing nothing else.
Stick or twist? How much do we trust our scouts to make the Kane money work to our advantage. Or is evolution better than revolution?
