Feeling is Amber isn't going to win her counter claim. Probable that johnny wins. Which seemed nigh on impossible at the beginning. As he has to prove he didn't abuse her. But her claims are so wild, making them unbelievable. But if the jury thinks he hit her just once they might discount his claim. You also have the problem of a hung jury. Only takes 1 to believe her.

Think it's close to him winning and being a hung jury. Maybe slightly in his favour.

Think depps team should have brought some attention to the word victim she used in the op ed. As it's impossible to see her as one.

Bit more on the abuse. Virginia law means that emotional or psychological abuse can be considered abuse. Which you could say the nasty things johnny said or him just being out of his nut could be considered abuse. Where she would easily have won because it would be impossible for him to say that he didn't say nasty things or was out of his nut.

But she elevated the stories, claimed sexual violence to a level where she'd be in icu. Yet next day nothing. Add to that she's been caught lying so many times, sending blackmailing emails, informing paparazzi, nobody ever saw abuse, only from her.

fudged up. But believe all women.
 
One funny thing. While ambers team were doing their closing statement. Loads of peoples phones went off due to a tornado warning. The judge had to explain there was an amber alert (bypasses vibrate and rings).
 
One thing in closing was johnnys team did tell the jury, it wasn't about money. Decide whatever figure you want.

The reply from ambers team was that, depp went for $50m so we went for $100m.

Whoever wins may get $1.
 
Ok now it is likely to be a mistrial. Depp and heard are suing on multiple points. In the jury form they have to fill out to decide their verdict. It should say if any of the points are proven, then fill out how much should be awarded. It says if all points are proven fill it out.

So one side could win, but not on all points. But there would be no damages. Which can't be. Whoever lost the verdict will call foul.
