Jimenez Skull Fracture

I'd be surprised if he has a career after that .. not as bad as Mason, but a skull fracture for a striker ..

And the ref/FA fudged up again for the 10,000th time by allowing Luiz to continue until half time (where he had to be subbed)

I thought the same, but supposedly he never lost consciousness and also passed a concussion test. He was subbed at half time because he was uncomfortable with the cut/bleeding on his bonce.

As for Jiminez, as soon as I saw it I thought it could be a similar level injury to Mason. I hope not, but it felt that serious to me. Poor guy.

Hope he makes a full recovery first and foremost and only then should he start worrying about whether he should play football again. Was watching it live and the noise of the clash made me feel sick. Best wishes to him and his family

You could clearly see Luiz's injury was bad, the blood was pouring through the bandage even with his stupid mop of hair. The ref, the goonsquad medical team, his fellow defenders have to take responsibility for allowing him to carry on like that.

Blood isn't a good indication of concussion, but it's staggering he was allowed to continue. He looked a bit dazed. Given the obvious effect of the impact on Jiminez there isn't much excuse.

As I explained earlier, he never lost consciousness and the relevant concussion tests were performed.

He didn't continue second half because his head wouldn't stop bleeding.

It is a contact sport.

Loved watching Wolves over the last few years and this lad was a real talent.
I wish him well
