but im not sure you can really acuse them of being racist. im not sure exactly what les ferdinand meant, but i interpretted it as people being a bit oblivious to how minorities felt (with the status quo) rather than any people being actively or passively racist. i think minorities in general want more education and understanding on the matter. hence, they want policies like the rooney rule.
