Experience. Not saying first choice for spurs (europa or cup games would do). But they need to get full games at senior level under their belt. Here or on loan. Being a bench warmer won't really help them progress.

Will add that Sonny Perkins who scored another goal is another spurs fan. Came through at West Ham and we wanted him but just signed Lankshear
He went to Leeds and will, IMO be a prem player soon

It doesn't appear to be a good loan at present, I've not seen Orient play but I can't believe they play a style which suits his. He was the outstanding player in U21's last season and virtually everything went through him. Needs to play in a team that can use his attributes.
