Overpriced maybe, but Clarke is no dud. He's got clear ability but lacks some physical attributes - pace and power. If he had them to compliment his control, touch, dribbling and passing he'd be the complete package. But he's a possible player for the Euro/cup games. He'll retain possession and probe for openings. Technically he's a good player.

He's doing really well for the under 23s this season. Him, Markanday and White have been the standout players really. All have a chance of being Premier League footballers.
