Kane often misses good chances, and yes all the top strikers miss chances but he is definitely not as lethal as other world class strikers. He often needs three or four chances to get a goal, his strength is that he will miss chances but will never hide and always be trying to score the next one….

Pretty much said he was happy with how the team played, he thought we controlled the game at the back, that he was really proud of how we defended against a top team and he was happy with the result. Something a coach from the underdog would say.

He wouldn't be world class if he wasn't as lethal as other world class strikers. He easily out performs his xG which suggests he is lethal.
Those "three to four chances" will normally result in less than one goal on average from any player outside the top 2-3 goalscorers.
He is world class because of his all round game, and the number of goals he gets but I don’t think he is the most economical. If you had to pick any striker in the world to finish a standard chance it would not be Kane, the likes of Lewandowski would be ahead of him. But such strikers don’t have Kanes passing ability, it’s not a criticism - he is the best all round CF in my opinion….

There's been plenty of over hyped England players in the past that have racked up caps yet players with genuine quality, ability and intelligence cannot get a game.
Foden, the new hoddle. England should be building their game around him.

Well I think he was quite a few years ago.
Think of the headers against the goons at the Lane and Wembley.
Think of all the goals he curled or drove in after making a yard , from outside the box.
Thinking of when he used to turn his marker and get his shot away.
None of these things happen anymore , and haven't done for a few years.
He's lost a lot of his game and even half a yard of pace.
