Bit odd that but think all the Chelsea, Utd and City players have only just joined the squad so makes sense to rotate a bit.

I read that Henderson hasn't played a game since Februay and won't be fit until 2nd group stage game, bit dumb taking someone like that. Has Beckham back in the day written all over it.

He isn't even that good either !!
It's like he is as important to the team as Kane
Rice/Bellingham is perfect in the middle don't need Mr Sideways
 
JWP then it's cover for when Henderson breaks down 1 minute into starting his first game for 3 months
He is also a fantastic set piece taker too
 
Funny how a majority of the pundits talked up Rashfords performance on social media this evening . He was awful . Foden or Grealish play on the left before he does all day long .

As for Philips he should be nowhere near this England side. JWP offers so much more.

This England side is not going past quarters. If they even get out the group.
