Serious question.
Maybe it's my age (47) but to see someone bowling down the street in a pair of cans always reduces me to hysterics. They just look so odd. surely they're for indoors or DJ'ing?
You aint the only one mate... I just think they look ridiculous with a whopping big pair of cans plugged into their tiny iPods walking in public! Asif they are saying "Look at me listening to music!!!" your right they are for indoors, DJs and footy pundits only. And Im 28 so aint your age mate
What does it matter? Does it really affect you that much?
Calm down pal just my opinion
Sorry, wasn't meant to sound aggressive. Just wondering why it's such a big deal. I understand you might not wear them (neither do I), but who cares if someone does?
Ok cool. No wasnt making a big deal either... Just voicing what I think bout it thats all. It doesnt bother me in the slightest, after all im not the one whos wearing them, just wondered how we've gone from earphones looking as descreet as poss to big in ya face ridiculous cans? Seems to me its more a fashion statement rather than for sound quality? But hey ho what do i know bout fashion? Naff all thats what

You should be OK if whatever it is is sold by Amazon though, surely?Since when did Amazon turn into some kind of fake shop window?
Half the stuff on there im worried that they turn out to be fake. I didnt even realise that Amazon has turned out like Ebay.
fudgein no confidence now - especially for the higher priced items

Not when they sell Beats for £30 - no matter how brick they are they sell for around £70 right?
Bumping this !
Need new headphones for my 13 year-old daughter for Christmas . Basic uses are 1) for her electric piano, she is smashing through piano exams and too good for the average phones she has , 2) loves listening to music, not into dj'ing or anything but being a music student she really picks up the sound changes.
All sounds a bit vague I'm sure but I think it's time to make the her equipment keep up with her education.
Over-ears/cups preferred, noise cancelling essential , price not so important. Obviously don't want to waste money but prepared to pay for a great product .
One other thing , prices in oz are shocking but I have friends travelling to US and Singapore soon so could get them to pick up there ( can be over one hundred dollars cheaper in US than Oz )
Your best advice would be rewarded with beer when we next meet !!
