Didn't look like the Modric of old at all. His exceptional skill at threading the killer pass, or his world class vision was really lacking. The sheer amount of misplaced passes was baffling. I am happy to eat my "want Modric back"-pudding with some gravy on top. For now at least.Modric is getting on a bit now isn't he?
Kind of performance that wheelchair got plaudits for
Good. Let The Fake Media keep jizzing on all De Others and we can go along doing our business the right way.I remember the media w*nking themselves absolutely silly over that c*nt's three pirouettes and a long ball against Barca.
Bet you won't hear a peep out of them about Winks after today, though - even though it was every bit as good, if not far better, than what Wheelchair put out.

He was still absolute class though. The best midfielder on the pitch I thought.Modric is getting on a bit now isn't he?
I think you'll find the question is actually"Who is the only less inspiring option for England's midfield than Scotty 'Shetland pony' Parker?"If Jordan Henderson is the answer, then the question is 'which partner for Jake Livermore would make the worst England central midfielder pairing since Carlton Palmer and Geoff Thomas in 1992'
