Harry Kane MBE

Dragon 1 on COYS

City made an increased bid yesterday a little over 100 plus add ons

we are miles apart 160 to start the conversation

Edmonton on COYS

As D1 says the conversation could “start” at £160m but we can guarantee Levy will be trying to get them much higher once negotiations start. The negotiations with Daniel only start once the other team think the price is agreed. They probably think the negotiation will be downwards

From Guinevere: "Harry will be here this year. Danny set a price. City have never matched it and have repeatedly told him they won't. Now their time is up. Moving forward, City can make as many low-ball bids as they like but we're not going to enter into any negotiations with them. Harry (and Charlie) have been told that the farce is over. Nuno and Fabio now know what players and finances they have to work with, which gives them some needed clarity. Expect some sort of attempt at an image makeover by Harry. He knows the impact on the fans of the way this has been handled by his side."

What did he interrupt Neville about?

would have liked Souness to be challenged about his comment regarding Kane not training/something else going on there.
Neville kept saying along the lines of "my assumption is that he's not in the stadium, not in the said, he's gone, he's gone to me." Dawson thens aid something like "sorry can I just say that he's trained with the lads for 2 days, he's been in isolation" then it went back to Neville saying that somethings happened as Kane is very professional. That's when sourness started talking. They then watched united goals and then talked about Pogba and Richards then said we have to be neutrals here, and Souness had a face like spanked arse and it nearly kicked off.

Souness said something like "my information tells me something else, can we just look at Liverpool goals" or something. I'll take a screenshot.

Do you think Spurs briefed him on stuff knowing that he was working for Sky that day, and being an ambassador for Spurs? I reckon they must have. Loved it when he interrupted Neville politely albeit. So happy he's an ambassador he loves the club, although not being from the area and a northerner who probably supported a different team. Love it.
Oh absolutely he will have been briefed; as would Son have been

I expect this during the international break and certainly by the time we play Chelsea at home

Obviously most ITK isn't trusted but the last one sounds most like what's going on, we set a price (and likely a deadline on it). City cant/wont pay up so the matter is closed.

He's in the Europa Conference Squad for upcoming two legs (think we can change after that), so I'm assuming we expect him to play.

Dragon has also said:
"Daniel told them over and over that he would not even start a conversation unless it was 160 , there first offer was 95 plus add ons there Second was 110 plus add ons we are miles apart and city have given no encouragement that there will be back
I was expecting Daniel to tell them they had to get it done by the end of next week so we had a week left to replace but it’s quite possible your sources are correct and Daniel has brought an end to this fiasco"

I think yesterday may force their hand and make them pay up now. Pep can’t keep coming out with this “we can’t afford it” crap. If it is true then buy someone you can afford. I want a Ferrari but I can’t afford one so I have Kia instead.

They don’t do that though
City have these weird principles
I wouldn’t put it past them to leak something that says the Grealish deal isn’t £100m. It’s £69m plus add ons. That way they haven’t broke the record

Grealish it appears was a release clause. hence the lack of back and forth.

I agree, they have their weird principles and have let players they really needed (VVD) go elsewhere, I don't suddenly see them upping their offer by £30M-£50M and/or us lowering our price.

It was a release clause
But city will still want to spin it to plead poverty
