Tony Marchi
Massive massive blow.
Yes Son and Janssen have scored today, but lets be honest, they are no Kane.
That injury could be the difference between CL football next season and EL football next season
Mate we know it's a bad one. Just when we get everyone back, apart from Rose, we get fudged again. Will be a nervous couple of days while we wait for news. Hopefully not too serious.
That's just a protective measure. They won't know the extend of the injury until the swelling has gone down but you have to treat it as if it is the worst injury it could be until you know.
Poch said:Harry was in the boot afterwards because in a situation like this, the doctor is cautious. Before a scan, the doctor tries to immobilise the joint, with a boot and crutches – to try to avoid any [further] problems.
Radio said of it was bad he wouldn't have waited till tomo it would have been tonight for the scanYep. I'd also hope that if it seemed really bad, the doctor wouldnt have allowed him to walk off, even if he was able to
I know nothing about the status of Harry's injury and don't know how it may effect the team.
Ankles can be mischievous little buggers; when I played football I experienced horrible twists and was fine the next day, but I was also out injured for lengthy periods with injuries that didn't seem half as bad. Hard to predict, but I think at least him walking off isn't a bad sign. That would (probably) rule out the really bad ligament damage.
He'll be out for Soton for sure, and at least he won't get injured playing for his clusterfudge of a national team. Hopefully he'll only miss one game for us. We can overcome Soton at home without him, but we'll need him for Burnley away.
I suspect that's the last we see of Harry Kane playing at the old WHL.
Post of the year. Adds huge value
Nah, I think 3 -4 weeks mate
