Which comment are you referring to?
Lo Celso has been in the shop window for a couple of years now...no deals done.
In case you missed it, Deloitte reported that Premier League clubs spent a record £1.9m in the summer window. But they are all skint.

Managers now wanting him
The one I responded too
No prem club is taking a player who hasn’t settled at a bigger club for the money we would want (and the ages he would ask)
He would take less money to go back to Spain where he has performed but Spain has no money to buy him

I said managers either havent played him, fancied him, or improved him.
If he'd improved under any of those 9 managers, he'd be on a permanent deal somewhere.

He did at Betis… it’s why we brought him
He did at Villareal… it’s why the took him back
He came from PSG to Betis where he struggled but at Betis he was fancied or improved so much we spent a load on him
And he would be on a perm deal if someone could afford to buy him and wanted him. Issue is the clubs that want him, can’t afford him

Yep. Although villa only spent £25m net in the summer. They were skirting (cheating) ffp like everton. With big write offs down to covid. Sure they'll give him some money though.

Coutinio is not the player he was as for Buendia he has done ok according to a couple of Villa lads i know. The biggest problem ( according to them) is that Gerrard tried to play both together and it does/ will not work as they have the same game.

Whenever i have seen him play he is one who has talent and i would put him above Lo Celso as a player. Who knows.

You know what will happen though: he'll look so good we will get good offers, but think he is just what we are missing and won't sell. 6 months later we will be subsidising wages on loans to anyone...
