Dean Richards
I dont still see the benefit for Spurs based on his wages. It is damn too high for kind of reward we get.

Thought he was invisible tonight, did very little. With the way the Madrid social media are posting about his and Wales involvement i could see him being back in Madrid for next season.
He was invisible until given an easy volley chance from a perfect Rodon header... what a chance to smash it at the goal from 12 yards, but he wazzed it over the bar.Thought he was invisible tonight, did very little.

I was sad to see them/him go out, I think it was realistically as far they could have gone though, don’t think they went out early.Am I the only one that enjoyed a smidge of schadenfreude yesterday at his grand plan to use us to get fit for the Euros falling flat relatively early on in the tournament?
I know I probably shouldn’t see it that way, but to me, it feels a bit galling seeing him hare around for Wales yet steadfastly refuse to do that for us to manage his fitness to peak at the Euros. Or at least that’s how it looked to me.
That’s not to say we / Jose couldn’t have used that motivation to our advantage better, but still…
Walking off at a legitimate question - bringing it on himself after his ‘chaos’ comment - also felt pretty petulant.
Yes, it was. I just felt he was playing within himself, or for himself, for much of the season.I was sad to see them/him go out, I think it was realistically as far they could have gone though, don’t think they went out early.
I think his output for us was pretty good for a 31 year old last season?
Yep, Wales used be disappointed in not qualifying, now they are disappointed in not getting through the first knock out round. That's got to be seen as a success for them, even with Bale.I was sad to see them/him go out, I think it was realistically as far they could have gone though, don’t think they went out early.

Once he retires they'll be back to hoping to qualify every few tournaments for a generation.Yep, Wales used be disappointed in not qualifying, now they are disappointed in not getting through the first knock out round. That's got to be seen as a success for them, even with Bale.

Based on that game, I think Denmark would beat us.I think if they had gone out to one of the bigger teams they would be alot more happier than what they are now. Obviously Denmark are a much better team than Wales but they are not the sort of name you are happy being knocked out by.
To be fair wales we're shockingly brick though. For me the result was more to do with wales' ineptitude than Denmark brilliance, although they did play well.Based on that game, I think Denmark would beat us.
I think he willDo the right thing now Bale and retire and play golf.
