Indeed. Clean meat is one term they are using to describe it. How they market it is key to early adoption, I would say.

I feel it’s much of a muchness for long-term vegans as they tend to not have any type of fake meat in their diets regardless. Most newer vegans or plant-based diet followers don’t give up meat because they hate the taste, rather for moral/ethical or health reasons respectively. So they’d do well to market it that audience and non-vegans who are looking to transition.

Yes, that is what I was thinking. If you remove the animal from the picture then it may be just viewed as food without the more complicated ethical considerations.
