It's intermittent. You'll get a phase where it runs smoothly for a few minutes and then the packet loss will start again and it'll go slow.

If you hit refresh when it slows down you should get through OK.

Unfortunately, technology seems fairly unaffected by woo and superstition!

Problems should be sorted now, another server sharing our firewall was subject to a DDOS attack but has now been suspended.
 
Still very slow for me, occasionally it will run smooth but most the time very slow.
 
Same problem unfortunately. Support at the hosting site over Christmas is essentially monkeys with the ability to suggest a reboot.

Hopefully someone from the escalation team will be there soon.
 
Mobile interface seems to be ok, using an iPad I'm flipping between the two and the lag is only there in the desktop view
 
Just checking from a browser now and it's lightning.

Can someone it's running slow for please clear their cache and check again?
