Have Chelsea or Arsenal ever had Scottish players? How about Darren Ferguson? Didn't he play for Man Utd in the PL?

Is Dion Dublin the penalty one?
 
Looking back at a previous question, McClair and Hendry have won the title in both Scotland and England. Fletcher is an obvious addition.

Wenger lost to Galatasaray on penos too in the UEFA Cup Final, but Stewart Houston managed Arsenal when Nayim (and Poyet!) sickened them. Maybe he lost a final when he was Monaco manager? I'll go for whoever was managing Valencia when they lost consecutive CL finals as the other.

Can't think of anyone from the 60s and England were a shambles/didn't qualify in 74 or 78 so ....Kenny Sansom or Tony Wood**** would be my guess in the 1982 finals.
