Yes, Egil Østenstad (Norway, 1997), Antti Niemi (Finland, 2004) and Claus Lundekvam (Norway, 2006).

Much of Finland was once part of Sweden, so although not part of Scandinavia in the strictest sense, it is often included along with Iceland and the Faroe Islands.
