Ipswich is wrong. They qualified for the Uefa Cup, through the league, in their first season in the Premiership.
 
QPR have definitely finished top ten before. I'd say most of the teams who have been in the Premiership more than a few seasons have finished, at least once, in the top ten.

So on that, I'd discount Charlton & Portsmouth too. I'm sure that Charlton finished top ten.
 
Yeah Charlton under Curbishley at least got 8th. They beat us a few times I'm sure.

Leicester for sure as well.

I think all 13 have now been identified correctly....

Barnsley, Blackpool, Bradford City, Burnley, Coventry City, Crystal Palace, Hull City, Oldham Athletic, Sheffield United, Stoke City, Swindon Town, Watford and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Obviously Cardiff City have never finished in the Top 10 either, but they've yet to play a full Premier League season.
