Football and money

Bad reporting. Uefas limit is now 70%. As it was last season. The season before that it was 80% and the season before 90%.
That graph only shows them breaching in 2024.
You are also allowed some leway in breaching (think it's £65m over 3 years). How that works is vague though.

Also very difficult to work out from clubs financials. As it runs jan to dec.
Thought the £65m was a premier league rule

My bad UEFAS re now €60m. Increased from €30m.

The acceptable deviation has increased from €30 million over three years to €60 million over three years. The acceptable deviation can be further increased above €60 million by up to €10 million for each reporting period in the monitoring period for clubs showing good financial health.

They have to show good financial health … football clubs … clubs that own clubs or countries that own clubs
What a mess

The punishment if chelsea are anything to go by is a token fine.
Even though when announced they said it would be a points deduction for serious breaches.
Walob.

Former England striker Alan Shearer said on BBC Match of the Day that Villa are being "hampered" by the rules.

"PSR doesn't sit well with me in terms of what they can and can't spend. Emery has had six windows and they've made a £10m profit," Shearer said.

"PSR wasn't brought in for this situation when they have an owner with money – like Saudi Sportswashing Machine."
Lol
