Fixture & Ticket News 2024/25

Ok, i see what you mean.

Tbf to the club, it's often in the last 20 years that we've been in a European quarter final so they are probably expecting big demand etc.
Though with our form., there might be a fair few empty seats come the match itself
I get that but they need to read the room
No doubt they will be thinking, well we've not put up ST prices so we can claw some money back by making this game a Cat C

If I sat down to do pricing....I'm probably thinking a Uefa Cup QF is on par with a Southampton/Ipswich PL home game. Yes?

Constant hating and moaning is a terrible trait....

And it appears at such a level (for some) towards all aspects of the club...it might be better for them to disengage for a bit.

Just seems that no matter what happens someone wants to what the club
Pick on the results, I get that
But on ticketing the club have done better than most sides this year
United and Chelsea taking out final seats to make them corporate is a classic tactic that so far, Tottenham haven’t done
Maybe that would be better though
Make the money on the extra corporate seats and reduce the tickets by a fiver

I would suspect the pricing reflects a couple of things:

1. The club are fully aware the fanbase is hardly a happy and united group at the moment. They have read the room and priced the tickets accordingly.
2. None of the Europa games have been even close to a sellouts

I would say they deserve a bit of credit for point 1 if that is the motivation and reasoning behind the pricing. TBH, a European quarter final probably should be a Category A or B. But again, most likely the club know it won’t sell out if it’s Cat A pricing.

According to Marky it's outrageous and pure greed....and they're NOT reading the room:)
