Fixture & Ticket News 2021/22

There are thousands of fans that live abroad and either can't or won't travel.

I'm fully vaccinated and it's still too much hassle with all the rules regarding travel. Gave myself a headache yesterday trying to figure out the specifics. How many tests I have to take, when I need to take them and what kind of tests are accepted.

I don’t doubt that is a factor. I still would have thought people would be chomping at the bit to go to live football again, even if the standard of football is poor and we have gone backwards. Just didn’t expect people to be jaded this quickly :D

Put my Chelsea ticket on the exchange late last week and it still hasn’t sold. My ticket for Emirates Marketing Project didn’t sell either. What happened to this supposed pent up demand there would be for tickets as a result of not being able to watch games live for 18 months?!
You tell me...you're the one not attending the City and Chelsea games.

One thing I've noticed: For the Emirates Marketing Project match non-members could buy tickets on the ticket exchange from 48 hours before kick-off. However, subsequent games have *never* gone to non-members even with thousands of tickets on the exchange.

It seems the club would rather have empty seats (and fans unable to find ticket buyers), than have tickets go to those who haven't paid a membership fee. I guess they don't want "you don't need a membership" to become a thing.

Kind of bricky imo.

Could be that Chelsea and Watford are both considered London teams and they don't want away fans buying home tickets.

It could be because Watford and Chelsea are 'derby' games and given the locality of most fans it's possible you'd get away fans buying tickets in the home areas.
If the Villa game doesn't open up to non-members then it will be odd.

Good point, I hadn't thought of that.

I can understand Chelsea, but for Watford they could have allowed fans that have bought tickets before. Hopefully they will open it up for Villa as it's a good opportunity to get in fans that wouldn't usually attend.

Need to do this soon. How do you transfer it / they create a CRN?

Yeah - you then transfer it over.

Problem we were having was that my Dad couldn't find the person he was transferring his ticket to via the search function - this was resolved by the person adding my Dad to their Network first, then my Dad could find him.

If you’re not a member but want a ticket transferred/gifted to you by a season ticket holder/member, you need to register with club in order to obtain a CRN (Client Reference Number). This is a membership number but without the benefits of full membership. Here is how to do it:

https://login.tottenhamhotspur.com/Identity/register.html?client_id=JcSx9fyL857K&redirect_uri=/Identity/?returnUrl=%2Ftottenhamhotspur%2F&response_type=code&scope=openid+ticketing&tenantId=SPURS&returnUrl=/tottenhamhotspur/&tenantId=SPURS

As an aside - what happens with lotalty points with the above method? Does the non member pick up any points for attending the game and does the ST holder get docked?
