Fixture & Ticket News 2018/19

If anyone's interested, I'm putting my lovely jubbly two seats, East Upper, front row, block 525 (near the centre circle) on the exchange at 7.15.

Thought I'd give you GG mates the heads up.

Site is coming up as a broken page for me with just lots of lines.

Am I right in saying that you cannot attend a match unless you are a One Hotspur Member AND am I also right that this membership costs £43 and lasts until 31/5/19 i.e. about a pound a day? Mother fudgers.

You have to be a member to buy a ticket (edit : at the moment. Non members get a chance to buy if a match doesn’t sell out in the Members buying windows)
But ST seats can be gifted to non-members.
Don’t know about the cost of membership. Usually it’s half price by this stage of the season but maybe that discount hasn’t been applied this year.

One Hotspur used to go half price from January but guess there’s rather more demand for tickets so prices staying at full season rate.

Although there are Guest Sale dates listed on ticketing site, so if you know a One Hotspur member they should be able to buy you a ticket that you can print off / have posted without the need for a stadium access card.

Loads of tickets available for Saturday, just bagged one in 323 :)

Are they loaded onto your stadium card now or do they send PDF's out (not received anything yet)?

I’m in the same situation - picked one up yesterday. I had an ST seat gifted to me for the Palace game which I was told would be put on my stadium access card...but it wasn’t. All sorted out within 15 minutes at the ticket office, so my advice would be to get there early enough to do that.

Just got one on the ticket exchange in block 108 for £48 for Saturday .... didn't say it would be downloaded to my card though, just that it will be posted

Thanks for letting us know, it is much appreciated -- I've already got tickets - but it is good to see the GG spirit is still strong.

Finally received an email from the ticket office to tell me it's been loaded to my stadium card, only a couple of days after buying it. Usual classic style from them. Better get there early just in case, check out this new shop as well.

Going on my own if anyone fancies a beer?

I spoke to the Ticket Office yesterday (call took 51mins in all, about 48 of which were queuing) about a ticket share for which a non-member friend had not received an email ticket. The poor guy there told me that they have to go through all the ticket shares and send them out manually, it's not an automated process yet. I can't imagine that's the same for a straightforward purchase but maybe it is for the Ticket Exchange as well. I got the impression they are incredibly swamped. He did say they were working until 9 or 10pm at the moment to clear the backlog. He kindly offered to send out the ticket while I was on the phone. A number of hours later when it still wasn't received I discovered that in the registration process to get a CRN set up, I got the email address wrong. I have emailed the TO about it but think I will have to go the long phone route again.

Get a man to do it next time love. ;)

Bought a premium ticket for tomorrows game on Monday,as i thought it may be touch and go to get an actual ticket near to the time, looked on the ticket website now blue blocks all over plus some blue dots as well, loads of exchange tickets, red dots, available too. Thought with everything happening it be a total sell out but hey ho the modern football supporter for you pick and choose their games....wonder what attendance they will give out at the end of the game.
