Fixture & Ticket News - 2014/15

Because you can't beat watching football live in HD compared to on some dodgy foreign site on a laptop.

The internet quality is 10 times what is was 2-3 seasons ago.

I must admit I don't get HD at all - it just makes the production look cheap to me. I never turn it on on my tv at all. Maybe it's just how my eyes work.

I think it must be mate.

I'm the opposite. I've gotten so used to HD that when I watch a match that is not HD I feel like I'm missing something. Pixels I suppose.

I regard it as nice, but nonessential. I'll never pay a penny for a subscription to Sky under any circumstances, and if there weren't other ways to see games, I'd just listen on the radio or stick to watching live. Wouldn't bother me; it probably gets too much of my attention as it is.

Yeah - I refuse to ever give a penny to a Murdock company on principle. In fact I'll actively support piracy to hasten their downfall.

I've watched every Spurs game (apart from the aforementioned early rounds of cups) in HD on the internet. I've been subscribing to a well known internet site since it was run from the top of a tower block in Manchester and never missed a game since. (Actually when I say subscribed, I really mean to say up until a year or so back, when they stopped sending me a reminder but haven't closed down my account. Happy days!)

Good to hear, despite those who are always moaning about our ticket office I have never had a problem with them and always found them helpful.

Likewise. Don't approach them with the attitude that they're brick and you'll probably find they're not.

Any decent services shows all matches in HD and is smart TV compatible. As long as your internet connection is reasonable there's no difference between HD via this method and Sky HD.

I'm the same, I've got a 4k TV and anything less than HD seems so old.

Luckily then I pay about £4 a month for a service with every game ever in HD, which works via the web browser on the TV and also iPhone, IPad etc. looks brilliant up scaled to 4k

Would prefer a legit route, but impossible to justify the cost of the sky when 70% of Spurs matches aren't even shown.

Ellis, can you pm me the service you use.. Cheers

Please don't make this thread about illegal online viewing of games. That is kind of frowned upon by people with a lot more money and lawyers than us.
