They are good live but that's as much due to them having little to live up to as it is their performance.

My favourite band of all time is Zeppelin, but I went to see Paul McCartney at the O2 last night. It was a bit of a pilgrimage to see him before he finally retires. He was fantastic! For an 82 year old bloke to play a three hour set in the way he did was amazing! I was blown away.

I'm pretty heavy into music, having played instruments since I was a child, been a DJ for 30 years now, and having owned a PA rental company, but I've honestly never heard of Shed 7!
From that list presented, there's only one winner. Pink Floyd. They had the longevity, big hits, the mystery, the division between members and former members, huge stage performance, big tours. They had absolutely everything. And they made music how they wanted it to be, not to make commercial hits. Just an incredible band.
