The forward (the one and only) didn't even make a run or any clever movement. United had 3 defenders doing the grand total of nothing. He is the only object that can.put the ball into the net, what part of that do they not understand.

It's been a trend for the last few years, few teams have good defenders, everyone wants attacking fullbacks, outside the top teams clubs rely on mass defence with midfield and attackers protecting their backs. When that protective curtain isn't there defenders cant cope. Even at elite clubs the defences aren't tested much as each week their team is doing most of the attacking. I think our manager understands this and plays his rope a dope tactic, backing Kane and Son to deliver on the break.
