How quickly does a lottery winner get hold of the money? Does it take weeks of legal stuff to get it or do you just give bank details and voila next day you have 150m in the bank.
If it's instant I bet most people go nuts while they are still in a state of shock and before they have even had a chance to let it sink in..

I wouldnt want to win 10 million+, thats when the begging letters come, non immediate family and friends would never look you in the eye properly again.
something like 500- 750k would be perfect, pay off mortgage and all debts, make a few shrewd investments, travel all the places in the world I haven't been to and then go back to work in say 18 months.
