As you say Levy has received the City of London honour for the regeneration and financial impact but many will have a moan as usual. Figures below were from circa 2022/23 before the max 30 events were allowed , how much being generated now?

EY economists said the gross value added (GVA) generated across London reached £478 million in 2021/22, of which £296 million was in Spurs’ home borough of Haringey. If Enfield and Waltham Forest are included the GVA impact was £344 million last season — the first since the new stadium opened that it could be filled to its 62,850 capacity without pandemic restrictions.
This compares with just £120 million in 2015. The total is forecast to increase to £585 million by 2027.

Having lived in Edmonton for years before the Regen, it was needed and its much improved, long way to go but its vastly better.

I walked past the Ernst Young building yesterday, right near the "City Hall" mayor's HQ thing.
A huge office block with bright yellow EY on it.
I thought to myself "Ey, what's that?"
"Ey?" How can such a huge building just have "Ey?" written on it?
Then I thought "Egg Yolk?" because there was an eggy restaurant opposite called Yolk.

And eventually thought of Ernst Young. It really isn't a logo / brand I ever come across in advertising or wherever.

It's a top four company, isn't that what we are aiming for. :)

Every rival for the league, which according to Levy we want to win, has pushed on and signed players which improved their first XI. Emirates Marketing Project, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have made a mockery of us.

Even with the MGW saga aside, what else have we done in the market? (Danso and Tel are effectively from the January budget).

Watching this club in the transfer window is like watching someone trying attempting to turn right onto the M25.

People won't have it, despite those fees 100% coming out from this year onwards.

Same sort of similar made up junk going around other forums about those being January transfers, I would just like some accuracy about what is fact and what is fiction.

Same, just stick to the facts, we can all agree and disagree on things, but zero reason to lie.

BTW, thats not defending the club, its not, I think we need to being doing alot lot more this summer

Apart from kudus and Vuskovic the rest I’m on the fence on

Tel and Danso being made permanent is poor in my view . Neither move the needle in terms of starting 11 improvement. Surely that could have been spent more wisely elsewhere.
Especially as the young CB looks a far superior player. If Romero stays we are stacked at CB and keeping Davies to.
Takai also what’s that about.

I’m not at all sure about Tel, but Danso is proper.

He’s like Romero but without the moments of idiocy.
