Lots of 'we want our Tottenham back' posts feature cheery Korean fans draped in merchandise. It's pretty standard right wing dog whistling tactics. Just do things like that, rather than say explicitly what they mean. The skinheads in their posters is the same. It's a base reactionary response by some that way inclined to the increasing diversification of our crowd.
