Complete guess, but I think it's a club outside the PL (or way down the table if in the PL) just based on how that was worded.

Could easily be wrong though...
 
So the story is that at a club some high up execs have a cocaine problem.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's EVERY ****ING CLUB IN FOOTBALL.

Villa did spring to mind due to the recent news although the fact that the headline says major club it suggests to me its a CL one
