He should be on the bench for me right now. He doesn’t deserve to usurp Son, Lamela, Moura etc based on the last 18 months. He doesn’t have THAT much credit in the bank to always be in the side regardless of form.

He’d benefit from keeping things simple and doing the basic things right.

Always has been. He's never been the greatest football, but has great instincts and movement. Poch trying to make him a more rounded player takes away from what he does well, which is being on the end on moves and finishing them off.
