SSN now saying Southampton have made a new bid of £15m for Townsend.
If true, we'd be insane not to take it.
Nothing about it on SSN TV

That's where I heard it. Now a different reporter says it's NOT on. I think this kind of contradictory stuff will be a regular feature of the day.
Falcoa to UTD on loan, £20 loan fee for one season. Where will him, Rooney, RVP, Mata and Di Maria all fit in?
We will know if Holtby is going to Germany soon enough as all German clubs have to release a list showing deals that are ongoing by 12 I think and then have until 5 to complete them.
It is deliberate - the whole point of TDD is to make lots of money for Sky Bet.
What are the chances of getting Mata in do you reckon if Falcoa comes to Man U?

+ Welbeck (Loan)Out- As many as we can manage.
In - that Stambouli chap.
On average how long do medicals take?
If this was Football Manager on the PC, I'd be aiming for a deadline day that went something like...
Out (for as much as Levy can get for them)... Kaboul, Fryers, Assou-Ekotto, Townsend, Mason, Holtby, Paulinho, Bentaleb (on loan).
In (for as cheap as possible)...
1) another solid centre back (Musacchio doesn't seem likely now, but letting Kaboul and Fryers go means I'd like a new guy to come in - and one good enough to challenge for the first team right away)
2) a creative midfielder who can reliably get a forward pass to its intended target (is that man Schneiderlin? If so, get him in!)
3) a wide forward intelligent enough to be that target (Rodriguez? Wellbeck? I honestly don't know who is both available at a price we can afford and good enough to do the job, but whoever it is, we need them).
My predictions of what will actually happen though...
Out: Fryers, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Holtby, Sandro, Mason
In: Stambouli plus one other
