Daniel Levy - Chairman

So CFT encouraged fans to contact THFC and gave out email addresses. Seems the club have now contacted CFT to make them aware that the club may take action against those sending abusive messages.
I mean, no one could possibly have foreseen that sending abuse might happen.

CFT seem to have taken this as a positive in that it shows the club are 'listening'.

Anyone running a multimillions £ company who doesn't deal with people because they don't like them are an idiots, some may be afraid that he's going to get the better end of a deal and they look foolish. It's an issue driven by our own "fans" gleefully grab by media to attach to anything from the price of a meat pie to a that of a virtually unknown foreign player who is better than xxxxxxxxx.
I have never been concerned with who owns the club as I have no way of influencing who it is or what they do with their money, if or when ENIC/Levy sell/move on the new owners will be equally disliked unless they buy every new toy in the shop and fail to win EPL and CL.

I didn't say that don't 'deal with him' mate, I said he is not much liked. And that brings complications. It is what it is.

p.s. I will add though that there is clear precedent of your first sentence with regards to us. Chelsea. After Arnesen, no deals and no dealings through the Abramovich era. Wealth is certainly no denominator of intelligence, albeit I believe you both know that and would agree with it...

I certainly understand a club or company not wishing to deal with a competitor/rival but in the Chelsea case you cannot believe Abramovich was a typical businessman, he's a gangster from a despicable state and it shameful that people like him were allowed to operate in this country. You did imply Levy is disliked which stop deals which at best is social media puff with no proof, like most football related fairytales in it.

If you are not willing to deal with levy because he tries to get the best deal for his club but willing to deal with a crook and gangster like abramovich then it says more about you than it does about levy imho.

Is there any evidence that he is not “much liked”. I think aside from negotiations he is held in fair regard.
I even remember Kat Law in her days as THST Co-chair saying that he had a very personable character - and that was coming from someone very often at head-to-head with him.

He was on the executive board of the european club association. Which he was elected by the clubs to be the premier league representive.
So i'm guessing he's liked and respected.

It is wholly possible to respect someone's work and not necessarily find them easy to deal with. Anyone in professional football who does NOT respect Daniel's work off the pitch is a fool. The man has placed Tottenham Hotspur within the elite of clubs globally in a commercial sense, has built one of the best stadiums in the world which Swiss-army knife's it's way to several revenue streams, and still holds a key sponsorship deal placement in his control. Those achievements demand respect.

Nonsense.

Whats nonsense? What I am seeing anecdotally? These people post less when we win than when some random aggregator tells them we might miss out on a deal. They are serial doomers who seem to be get so little joy from supporting this club. I genuinely don't know what the protests are about. Levy has delivered the stadium. A major trophy. Decent squad considering our size as a club. Has seemingly invested in another top coach. Is spending money.

And the protestors want someone to come in who has more money than sense and we end up like Villa and can't buy when we really need to.

It’s mental, the fan bases of most of the pro clubs in this country would swap owners with us in a heartbeat.
