Seeing as lewis is in the bahamas and levy is in america not sure who they are marching against.
What are they marching for? Trophies? We won one last season.
Spend more money on transfers? We are one of the biggest spenders in europe.
A higher ratio of wages to turnover? Seems silly to be protesting about that.

We all want more success at spurs but so does every clubs fans.

There's a simpler argument. The transfer is only now permanent, and they are only now Spurs players. The transfer money is only now being paid and is coming out of the budget now.

You could build a very logical argument that the loan to buy strategy has been one of our most successful. When I look at the loans over time I see Palhinha, Danso, Tel, Kulu, Porro, Romero, Danjuma, Vinicius, Bale and Gio. Spurs have done a decent job of converting the right ones and releasing the others. The Tel conversion is slightly contentious to some. I guess Gio was the most contentious but definitely not at the time we converted him. I think most fans wanted him at that stage.

We also know that some deals have no option to send a player back anyway. It just helps our cashflow.

I wouldn't be unhappy with a loan to buy on Eze or Savinho.
