Given the amount of covid on his team I wouldn’t be surprised to see a positive test for Pogacar this morning. To have 36 year-old Thomas ride away from him suggests something was amiss.

Another epic stage. Outstanding from Pidrooster - I thought he’d gone far too early at 10Kms out but he timed it perfectly.

A very good day for Thomas too. If he can hang in close until the final TT he’ll think he has a chance.

My dream trip is being up there for that.

Currently in Manchester. We have the bikes on the back of the car and are headed up to Lake district and going to get some serious miles in, in the next week.

I like the Dutch, BUT when they've been 'on it' all day they can become a little too much.

Probably hang out with the Welsh.
Whenever I've been to Swansea, everyone's been lovely.

Was out this morning with my lad at 7am cycling from windmere to Keswick then looped up over some other roads and back. Amazing fun and the weather is lot more bareable then the previous few days.

It's about 15 miles west of Windermere on the road to Eskdale from memory. It's a bitch of a climb with some brutally steep sections.

The Tour has been great this year, full on bike racing everyday. Jumbo well and truly got the job done (in the end)

Both Vingegaard and Pogacar have been great, can’t help thinking if they swapped teams that Pogacar would have won though?
