Cryptocurrency

My average buy price is way way lower, it was due a correction and healthy for it to do so. It wasn’t all about this recent dip.
Best sharpe ratio in any asset class over the last 10 years. Facts.
I would expect a dip after the halvening well an initial one anyway.

Some of the ETF news has already been priced in. My telegram group said 30,000 kucoin has just been moved by a whale to a new address.

Think a little pump is coming on that.

The group im in follow when the are big movements. Does not always lead to a spike but more often then not does.

Yeh 30% dips are not uncommon in a bull market and agree as there is often a sell the news event for a short period of time before resumption upwards.

This is a very interesting and slightly concerning listen

Anybody know of any investment funds specialising in AI investment as there is serious money to be made in the next few years

Quick search found this - https://www.polarcapital.co.uk/gb/professional/Our-Funds/Artificial-Intelligence/

Made a nice few quid the past 2 days
I am well well well up.

Marry if you have not done so already please take a close look at Rollblock.

I got in on the 3rd round if the presale. Spend more time on that site then every other website put together. The competitions and prediction leagues are great for sports fans and an easy money maker.

Some of you may remember I was sceptical of crypto investments, so a few years ago I invested some disposable cash to see what happened; £100 ~ USD136 in each of the top 12 coins, so about USD1630 in total

As you can see on the previous page (54) @markysimmo and @Danishfurniturelover /@JapaneseGardenLover promised me £250 each if my investment did not grow, but I am yet to receive these funds!

My wallet is now worth USD819 in total, split as follows. About HALF of what I put in

BTC 223
USDT 138
DOGE 112
ETH 112
XRP 68
ADA 44
BCH 41
LTC 28
DOT 19
VET 17
FIL 4
ETHW 0.1 Wow that is pretty impressive to go from USD136 to 11 cents!!!

Note BTC went up, USDT which is tethered to USD remained static, most others bombed.

A couple of weeks ago Binance locked my account and wouldn't let me trade or withdraw any funds at all!
That is very nice and perfectly normal behaviour from a 'bank'.
I have argued with their chat support for a couple of weeks and they have KINDLY given me access for 5 days to withdraw the funds.

They won't allow me to convert the crypto into GBP and then withdraw it, I have to withdraw it as crypto?!

To do this, I had to open an account with THFC shirt sponsor Kraken and then wait 24 hours to get verified and then painstakingly transfer BTC on the BTC network to receive BTC and if I choose the wrong BTC network to transfer it, I just lose the whole amount.

Luckily it is only a few hundred pounds, can you imagine if it was hundreds of thousands?!

What perfection, I shall not be dabbling again.

Binance are crooks, should have had it in cold wallets or coinbase pro is quite good if expensive though.

I've transferred it to Kraken. The original USD1630 which became USD819 is now worth USD796 so I lost USD23 in the transaction.

They wouldn't let me extract USD17 of VET but frankly I don't give a damn any more.

It really is maaarvellous this crypto lark.

It would be sort of funny if you hadn't lost money and time in the process. But you're in luck, one of the shysters is quids in according to a recent post, so there'll no doubt be a cheque and an acknowledgement of being flat out incorrect from both on the way! Men of their word no doubt being the upstanding delights they are.

Like betting, folks are no doubt happy to tell everyone about their successes but are less inclined to spread the word on the losses. It's always a friend of a friend or a randomer on the Internet bleating about the money that they have "earned" by being the bestest at pretend money.

You should have done more research, crypto is very cyclical and most projects dont last more than 1 cycle. You might be sceptical but plenty of people who keep up to date with things have made good money. You'd be better off putting it all in BTC in a year or so's time when it retraces and leaving it there.

PS - people with hundreds of thousands would keep an eye on their investment and wouldn't leave it on an exchange.

I'm debating when it will pull back, as it undoubtedly will.

Well up on my positions but I not cashed out yet so it's paper profit. Plan will be to cash out at some point leave it fir a bit then buy back in.

Or he should have done like one of the Shysters said and put it into a wallet, instead of leaving it on an exchange. He'd have also known from doing research as another Shyster said that exchanges can be clams.
But I'm sure your great intellect knew all that all along
