Cryptocurrency

I'm sure most of the big places do this but I switched apps to Kraken recently and they have a function to place an order at a price level you set and the order can remain open for as long as you want so no more monitoring prices and seeing big drops you missed out on. Makes life much easier.

Buy orders and stop losses are pretty common place.

I still look everyday. It is that or talk to the wife and son.
 
Anyone interested in setting up a little crypto trading cabal? Just a bit of fun really, we could set an investment limit to say £15 - £20 and the aim is to see how long it takes to double the initial investment with everyone getting a vote on the crypto we buy.

Just a thought on a dreary lockdown Wednesday

Why not mate, sounds good.

I've been doing a lot of reading on the various cryptos out there and I think my favoured one at the moment is Cardano, sounds like super tech that is well designed and scaling up to offer more and more features. Founder of Ether built them as well. I know you shouldn't believe everything you hear but a couple of people I know claim they're going to be annoucning some big cross platform type features next week and the price could sky rocket - have put a fair bit into it so lets hope it comes off.

NFTs seem to me to be the next big thing in this world. I properly missed out on the bitcoin train, although I was very close to going in just before the halving... but thought nah stick to bricks and motor.

Funny enough I have a few footballers on sorare. Am waiting for spurs players to be sold on it. Liverpool were before Christmas and did not go for anywhere near what I thought they would.

Have a few players over on footstock not to be confused with the pyramid scheme of football index(which might come back when they clear the IPOs of nothing players no one wants, impacting liquidity)

The whole NFT thing is interesting particularly with sports stars, it is really big business in the states. Not that I know anything about the so called American sports. To me out there they are labelling it as a fantasy football/sports thing, but it is clear they are doing that to circumvent anti gambling laws.

If I were you I would look at the digital e cards connected to American sports. I have my son helping me decide which ones to buy. We have BT sport and he watches a thing called baseball, silly boys rounders to you and me. The growth in that market is going to make beanie babies or any of the other collectibles over the years look like chicken feed.

Was he the inventor of Bitcoin, it is a little shrouded in mystery right? Can you imagine losing 3.5billion!!! Or better stealing 3.5b and there being no way for anyone to track you down!

No one knows who invented it but I doubt the person who did would be as stupid as this.
