Lost to city

They lost to Everton and United
Beat Southampton, Norwich, West Ham and Leeds…
So they have beat a top half team

Beat West Ham and Brentford
Drew with Villa and lost to wolves
December
They beat Norwich, Burnley, palace and arsenal
Drew with Saudi Sportswashing Machine

so that’s two teams who have played some brick teams and not got the results

We played against weak teams and we did it with 3 CBs. The other teams played with just 2 CBs because they wanted another man further up the field to put pressure.

West Ham play 3 most of the time when they can. The change to a 4 has been when they have struggled to get any results
United play more attackers yet don’t score many goals
4 defenders in a 4-2-3-1 is more defensive than 3 CBS… either that or our goals are complete flukes and we are not carrying chances
Arsenal were so scared of playing they asked for games to be cancelled
If you call that attacking and creating pressure I think you need to watch more football. We have our CBS attacking more than most teams attackers at times

Ours make more than others. They mistake silly mistakes like this but are helped by more defenders there to cover them and not have constant pressing to deal with.

Of course they do like you i have never seen a player who does not fudge up at times. Seems some fans do no accept that is what happens.
 
Under Conte in the league it’s 17 for and 8 against IF I’m done my maths correctly
It’s why under we set a club record start
It’s why we’re in a Great place to get top 4
And that’s clearly with mediocre players
Footballs odd but not that odd
And before it’s said… we did play some teams who had players sent off. Sent for for foul play when we were attacking predominantly. When other teams have that happen it’s because there great

It’s normal when we play them and awful

Yeah Arsenal were scared of Davies :)) they spent 50 mil on White, we couldn't get that on all 3. If we tried to sell Davies, there wouldnt even be any takers, cant get 10 mil if we tried. What are we talking about here? When Conte says we are MILES behind teams like Chelsea, what players do you think he îs talking about? I'll give you a hint, it ain't Lloris, Romero, Reggie, Skipp, Kane, Son, Moura...

Yes and there’s no way that Ben White is worth anywhere close to £50m if it wasn’t for home grown tax. He has a lot of potential but if he wasn’t homegrown then he would have likely been half the price.

Also prem clubs get so much money now they don't need to sell. So it's expensive getting any good player off them, whatever nationality. They're prem proven aswell.

Agile CBs alongside Romero will bring the best out of him. Dier will be good back up Romero, Tangaga for Sanchez. We need a faster replacement for Davies and Rodon can understudy him.

Tanganga will not be good back-up for anyone. I'd preffer Dier over Sanchez, he is less error prone. I think you right about us desperately needing a LCB.

I think Bentancur playing in front of our current defense will make a very big difference, to the point that we may be able to get away with not signing a new CB. Nevertheless, we should target one, but if we don't manage to sign one and get a quality CM, RWB, and CF/ST, I still think we'll be much better off.
