Na thats crap, most people did not break the rules
All through this people have gone out and seen the odd person and equated that to "everyone" or focused news articles but that comes nowhere near the idea that "most people" broke the rules. Its a fact that actually in the first lockdown "most people" complied hugely with the rules, just because you may have seen someone on your street have a BBQ does not mean the majority of 66m people did the same

If you're double jabbed but that was more than 9 months ago you are treated as unvaccinated. All ok if you've had a third booster though.

The NHS app does a thing where your pass is limited in time and has to be regenerated afterwards by going and looking at it basically. Had that while abroad recently.
