I'd quit before I did that.My aunt, a front line nurse, died from COVID 19. Her son could not be with her at the end to hold her hand. I have closed down people's livelihoods over the last few weeks people who were desperate to keep working to provide for their families.
One is increasing an already very small risk to other people by an immeasurably small amount, the other is.....?This is not equivalent to speeding, because by going from one end of the country to the other, while positive with Covid you risk bringing the infection to a previously infection free area.
Doesn't appear as if he has broken any rules. If he has, let's not be the kind of people that give that much of a brick about an irrelevant level of risk to an irrelevant group of people. He had a part in making the law and he should be bound by it like everyone else but he has a higher degree of responsibility because he is part of the "authorities." If he has broken it and shows no remorse for doing so he should be fired.
