These old films are incredibly fascinating to me. There is not a lot going on in this one but like all, it is a time machine.
There is a chap on youtube, Denis Shiryaev, has a bunch of these restored flicks including the oldest recorded video, supposedly. He restored the first one I saw which was recorded in San Fran before the big quake. He did the Wuppertal train one too.

Fake.
They haven’t done a very good job on the speed adjustment, because that was clearly slightly slow motion. These old films are incredibly fascinating to me. There is not a lot going on in this one, but like all, it is a time machine.
Shows what a top top quality song that is.
That had me googling just to check that the Stranglers weren't covering a trad standard!
Take Five drum sample, original Stranglers piano, and new sax? It's very well done, isn't it? You can spot the edit on the drummer on the intro.

He's got a video explaining how he did it on his channel, I haven't watched it yet
Recorded all the instruments basically.I didn't actually use any samples from Golden Brown. The only sample I used in the video was the drum intro from Take Five, so the drums have been re-recorded by a friend of mine for the record release.
Check out Casey Adams! I'm not really a jazz man, but I really enjoy his music. He has a lovely version of 'I put a spell on you'.Love that, been getting into jazz a bit more, old stuff mainly , miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis armstrong mainly.
Some Clark Terry and John Coltrane as well.
