Circus ManUnitus - Nobody's At The Wheel

This guy is 20 years old if i am not mistaken. He made a mistake. Will this decision help him in the long run to be a better person?

I have no idea. It looks like he is a piece of brick.

We saw a picture of her looking beaten up. Did he do it? Most likely. Do i know that for sure? No.

Heard a bit of a tape, her telling him not to put his dingdong there. Was he raping her? Probably. But he could have been putting it in a bowl of custard.

She was recording for a reason. Probably because he is an evil bastard. But maybe because she wanted to set him up.

We went through this with depp v heard. Not everything is always as it seems.

We have a judicial system for a reason.

Does recording and catching someone saying abhorrent things class as setting them up or is it catching their nature? Setting someone up would be them leading them into saying something against their nature, not recording it.

The tape alone allows people to cast a firm judgement on him IMO, not sure it can be dressed up as anything else and its hardly a trial by social media, where normally people just pick a side because.

The Heard recordings were abit different, they actually caught her out being an absolute monster, not Depp being who she was reporting him to be. I think the context and content are worlds apart. In fact I think the recordings were very much a part of why she lost, they exposed her.

Judicial systems work, I agree, they do however have limitations when cases are dropped or super lawyers work hard. I mean I can cast a firm judgement on Alonso for wrapping his GF into a wall whilst twice over the limit even though he didn't serve any time in the clink.

He is most likely a piece of brick. I just don't like trial by social media where people judge others with very little information of what happened. They are easily manipulated and fill in their own blanks. It is dangerous and can destroy peoples lives that haven't done anything wrong.

The judicial system may be flawed but it is the best we have.

As I say, the video alone leaves little doubt on what kind of person he is. Like I said, its hardly people picking a side on he said she said, this is he said, people heard

Ok in that case I agree, I have said that many a time.

On this individual case, he is paying the price for being caught being a bully, in that example I think the customers of Man United at the very least get a say on that

I agree we don't know what happened but saying he might have been set up is an assumption, in many cases like this the victim often retracts their accusation for reason known only to themselves.

No that is offering other possibilities. It is the litteral opposite of an assumption. I am saying i do not know what happened. The most likely is that he beat her up and raped her. Am i 100% on that? No. Because i wasn't there.

Sorry I thought you suggesting she had. We do know that it was recorded and I've not seen anywhere him deny it's him on the recording, people normally only record others for training purposes or evidence of what was said.

Not saying you are doing this but those people on Twitter that are saying he hasn't been proven guilty of anything etc. are missing the point. It's not about whether he ended up in court or not. It's about seeing first hand evidence of a someone being a piece of brick human. United tried to hide behind him not being charged within their statement about 'Doing their own investigation', Why should we care or need United to tell us what they found. The whole world, teammates, female players, pundits, fans, any decent person, can see his behaviour and make their own conclusion.
