brick I forgot about that. Must confess I would have been 100% against him coming here. But I can't deny I like the look of PSG in these two games.
Ironic they look better set up to win the CL now they've got a 'team' rather than a a group of show ponies.

It was a tongue-in-cheek comment. Not sure Enrique would’ve been the best fit for us. He’s been an international manager and a job like PSG where he’s guaranteed to win the league so can concentrate on a few key games to win the big cup might be more his thing.

The Liverpool mates of mine have mostly been singularly minded on winning the league since Xmas. At the time they lost to Preston in the FA Cup, the league was a lot tighter. Then Arsenal recently had a loss and 2 draws whilst Pool won all 3 league games and the 15 point gap has appeared. Last night hurt like crazy because they started to believe they could handle the capacity to win the CL, League Cup and PL. It was a great away win by PSG that put them back in the box.
I'm OK with Pool winning the league because the alternative is unthinkable.
Sunday is the tougher one. Hope they both lose.
