Alfie Haaland: Erling's dad removed from seat after upsetting Real Madrid fans with his celebrations

Alfie Haaland says he was escorted from his seat at the Bernabeu because Real Madrid fans were "not happy" with his celebrations after Kevin de Bruyne's equaliser for Emirates Marketing Project in the Champions League semi-final first leg.

Video on social media appears to show Erling Haaland's dad taunting the home fans before being removed from his box.

Haaland tweeted: "OK. RM was not happy we were celebrating KDB goal.

"Other than that we had to move because RM fans not happy with 1-1."

Still haven't seen Tonali do anything, live or on TV. Came through with a big reputation and touted as the next Pirlo but he's nowhere near him.

Not exactly a corking game, one fairly decent side and one absolutely arse of a team.

Can't see the winner coming from this game

I’m struggling to see any contact at all for that pen decision, yet listening to BT it feels like I’m watching a completely different incident. How is there any argument at all for a pen there, What am I missing here?

So according to Peter Walton, it's not the job of the VAR to 'second guess' the referee as to whether there was enough contact to award the penalty. But that's exactly what VAR is there for, isn't it? The contact, if any, was minimal (imo). Even though right in front of the ref, if VAR think he got it wrong (clear and obviously so), then they can overturn it, or, as they did, ask him to take a look. Peter Walton making it up as he goes along, as per usual.

Gerrard seemed to think it wasn't, but Rio was adamant it was. It was a dive to me, with no obvious contact.

The authorities and experts have tied themselves in knots with VAR and what's its for because of all the blatantly poor implementation of it.

I'm still for getting rid
