No wonder Southampton made sure that he was the one star player they kept hold of. As we have discovered since Modric left, it is incredibly difficult (expensive) to find a quality central midfielder who makes the whole team tick. Guess Schneiderlin will be going for £30m+ when Southampton finally decide to cash in, if he maintains his recent form.

absolutely missed the boat here......he will join a bigger club than us once this season is over
 
I actually wouldn't feel to bad if Spurs lost a penalty shoot out 14-13 as it would mean that we have some decent penalty takers at the club. We tend to lose ours 4-2 or 3-1 , in a proper, bottle job merchant, type manner.
 
Schneiderlin was so good yesterday in knitting it all together and in such as what seemed an effortless manner . Very Modric like. We should've given Poch this player .

Does anyone know if the Southampton summer signings like Tadic, Kane and Gardos were Koeman's choices ? I know its early days for them but they did look pretty good .

Being that the club publicly stated he wasn't for sale, it would have been difficult to give Poch the player. I honestly have no idea how people can't understand this
