Looks like Marseille are the problem here
aren't u pleased we've got a chairman like Levy, nothing like this would ever happen under his stewardship
Isnt that where we signed N'koudou from? Hopefully we dont get dragged in to it
I suspect the fact we didn't is why that deal took so long to make.
Is it too much to hope that Chelski get points deducted? 5?
if they did get given a points deduction you can bet your bottom dollar it would be deferred to next season, or the FA would come up with some way of awarding the deducted points to arsenal
Didn't we end up having the points given back though? My history is pretty ropey but I thought Alan Sugar got them back for us somehow...How much did we get back in the day when Sugar messed up? 8 points or something? Oh how nice it would be to have that annoying club relegated
Nothing's going to happen here is it? The case will last a year or so, if they're found guilty the FA will then schedule something for 6 months down the line to try and bury everything like they did with lasagnegate. They'll drag their feet as long as is possible to avoid making any impactful decision. I predict a slap on the wrist from the FA and an HMRC fine.

Just googled it, yep. Sugar did us proud.
Yes that's what I thought and confirmed when reading about it today. Reinstated into FA cup with a heftier fine though and points not deducted.Only a vague memory, but weren't we banned from the FA Cup and then reinstated on appeal?

Was that the time Sugar sorted it out or was that back in the days of Scholar?
